The mother of 14 -- who welcomed octuplets late last month -- is pregnant with twins in the photo, taken in 2006.

Not shown is her controversial doctor, Michael Kamrava, who is under investigation by the California Medical Board and American Society for Reproductive Medicine, which recommends women under 35 are implanted with no more than two embryos.
Suleman -- who is unemployed, on food stamps and seeking donations via her Web site to raise her children -- had admitted she was skeptical of In Vitro at first.
"I was slightly pessimistic," Suleman says in a video that aired on KTLA. "But then I realized how well it worked...I had my son!"
