Lady Gaga Sticks at Number 1
Poker Face keeps the Noisettes debut off the Top Spot...
Lady Gaga has made it a second week at Number 1 in the Official UK Singles Chart with 'Poker Face'.
The US pop singer, who performed her track exclusively live for MTV, sold just 5000 more copies than The Noisettes debut single 'Don't Upset The Rhythm (Go Baby Go)', who enter the chart at No. 2.
MTV favourites, Metro Station climb up the charts to Number 9 with ‘Shake It’ while Jai Ho!', the collaboration between Slumdog Millionaire composer AR Rahman and The Pussycat Dolls, moves from 20 to Number 5.
In the Official UK Albums Chart, Ronan Keating stays at Number 1 with ‘Songs For My Mother’ while the Pet Shop Boys get a very respectable new entry with ‘Yes’ at Number 4.
