"Bruce and Emma were officially married in a private civil ceremony today at a friend’s home in Beverly Hills," his rep tells Usmagazine.com.

Willis, 54, first wed his model girlfriend on Saturday at his home on Parrot Cay, on the Turks and Caicos islands in the Caribbean.
This is the second marriage for Willis -- he was previously married to Demi Moore -- and the first marriage for Heming, 30.
